I am currently working on my PhD in Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State.
My research is situated at the intersection of couple relationship health, prevention/intervention, and methodology. Specifically, I am interested in understanding relationship processes within couples as they adapt to stress during a variety of normative transitions (e.g., transition to marriage and parenthood) and non-normative experiences (e.g., traumatic events, illness) across the life span, with the ultimate goal of informing prevention and intervention efforts to promote couples’ relationship quality and stability over time. |
